For example , customer is back from a vacation and he want to change his Voicemail back to the previous one ( original one that has been used before, so it should be already uploaded in the OneBase )
1. First thing you should always take care is to see where the number is going, what is the logic behind the numbers , do they forward the number to the hunt group and if yes, where it goes.
2. Check the NightSwitching and change it from
- At
- Automatically based on opening hours
- Check the working hours and where the voicemail is being forwarded to.
