Check/edit/add or delete Voicemail

*Always first check where the number is going , in order to have the right forwarding/switching voicemail

1. Add/Delete or Edit a Voicemail

-Open OneBase

-Navigate to Clientele

-Search for the Client/Store Name and Select

-Navigate to Telephone Exchange

-Navigate to Voicemail

-Then Add Voicemail.




You can either choose to record a voicemail or upload a new one. 

When uploading new one , use AI Voice Generator in order to have a polite and correct voicemail.



2. If you want to change the current to the other one's from before , do the following:

-Navigate to Voicemail greeting

-Select the audio you want to be uploaded

-Click Save
