1. If client wants to remove the auto-forwarding, so , whenever someone calls the call should go directly instead of forwarding it. In order to amend this, do the following:
- Open OneBase (KPN)
- Navigate to Clientele / Klanten
- Choose the Client by entering the Name in the Searchbar , in this case ( Advocatenkantoor Jonkman )
- Telefooncentrale / Telephone Exchange
- Gebruikersbeheer / User Management and select the Client again
- Navigate to Anywhere and from there you can Add or Remove the Auto-Forwarding.
