*Sometimes (especially when they have A35-A80 Models) slow payment issues can occurs. In order to resolve the issue, do the following:
1. Clear logs
- Open ServiceApp
- Menu
- Service Menu
- Enter the password
- Functions
- CTAP
- Verwijder logs / Clear logs
*If this doesn't help reducing the slow performance, we should consider changing the DNS Provider.
*If they have A35-A80 models , keep in mind that changes needs to happen in the A80 model , as it's giving network to the A35.
2. Log in to A80 PIN Machine
- Click as much as you can( on the red color ) , until it opens the settings
- Try entering 166831 or 00000
- Navigate to Ethernet
- Set Static
- Check the IP (also the DNS Provider) of the device in the Unifi and apply that IP after selecting Static
- Change the DNS Provider ( 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 Google DNS Provider) OR ( 1.1.1.1 Cloudflare DNS Provider)
- Apply it and then check if the payment performance is reduced (it's the best to monitor it for some time)
