*Navigate to the main Page of the BroadSoft, then do the following:
-Select Services
-Auto Attendant
-Add Basic
*After Selecting the Edit option we should see the following:
*Consider applying the Phone Number and the right Extension of the Hount Group or Call Center Group, in order to create a successfull Auto-Attendant.
*If we want to modify the existing Auto-Attendant we should navigate to Profile.
