1. Zorg er altijd voor dat de gegevens in het aanvraag formulier kloppen. Zie je een andere handelsnaam dan het kvk register of een verkeerde adres, bel de klant dan op.

2. Om een klantorder aan te maken in Sepay ga naar https://b2b.sepay.nl/SepayB2B en login met de login van 1password.

3.Ga naar orders en klink nieuwe order aanmaken nieuwe klant.

4. Klikt op edit en vul alle gegevens van het aanvraagformulier in. Druk op save

5. Vul de gegevens in het Buckeroo document te vinden in planner. En stuur deze op naar de klant om te ondertekenen, samen met de berichtgeving in planner mail.

6. Als alle documenten zijn aangeleverd, ga dan weer naar de sepay order

7. Klik op edit en voeg alle bestanden toe.

8. Vul de gegevens van de tekenbevoegde(n) in. Sla dit weer op.

9.Check of alles is ingevuld met de (open controle knop) bovenin.

10.Klik nogmaals save en dan aprove om de order naar SEPAY Buckeroo te versturen.

1. Always ensure that the information in the application form is correct. If you see a different trade name than the one in the Chamber of Commerce register, or an incorrect address, call the customer.

2. To create a customer order in Sepay, go to https://b2b.sepay.nl/SepayB2B and log in using the credentials from 1Password.

3. Go to Orders and click Create new order – new customer.

4. Click Edit and fill in all the details from the application form. Press Save.

5. Fill in the details in the Buckaroo document (found in Planner) and send it to the customer for signature, together with the notification email from Planner.

6. Once all documents have been provided, go back to the Sepay order.

7. Click Edit and upload all the files.

8. Enter the details of the authorized signatory/signatories. Save again.

9. Check whether everything has been completed using the Open Control button at the top.

10. Click Save again and then Approve to send the order to SEPAY Buckaroo.
